Imports101’s broking service allows us to act as an agent for
our customers while brokering the purchase and importation of their
vehicle. We act on our customers behalf at every stage of the import
process, WE
DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES OURSELVES AND THEN ON-SELL THEM TO CUSTOMERS.
- If
we are instructed to bid on a vehicle for a customer, that customer
must transfer the payment of the FOB charges within 72 hours if
the bid is successful.
- Once a vehicle is purchased on the customer’s
behalf, it is invoiced directly to the customer and all responsibility
is that
of the customer.
- All import and compliance related fees are the
responsibility of the customer.
- The personal details provided on
the Search Application will be used only for the purposes of
the search and related email
information only. If nominated
on
the application your email address will be made available to our
Associated Businesses for limited promotional emails and special offers.
- Payment
of our AUD$600.00 Buying Deposit is required to activate the
Search Application and upgrade the membership to VIP level. Our
Application page is linked to a
secure online payment service. If you do not have a credit card,
you
must still complete the Search Application and click your chosen
payment method.
Upon receipt
of payment the search will commence and the account will be upgraded.
If
the customer’s circumstances change and the vehicle purchased
is no longer required, IMPORTS101 will do everything in our power
to on sell the
vehicle with no loss to the customer.
